Memories build us. Experiences shape us. At the end of the day words people have said echo in our minds for the rest of our lives. Things we can’t unhear. There are people, images, and places we can’t unsee. Sensations that still live on our fingertips. The accumulation of all of these creates something beautiful and unique inside of each of us called an identity; the inner world that becomes the filter through which we see our image reflected back to us. Our identity whispers to us about our value, our worth, and our future.   

Consider all that you are.

Take note of what you are.

Inventory all that you are.

Heal parts of who you are.

Work on who you are.

Work through who you are.

Learn who you are.

Then, through this dynamic process of reflection, dialogue, journaling and note-taking – we will raise our glasses with you and say…
